Role at Broadcat

As Director of Operations, Kitty is responsible for creating, managing, and refining business operations and infrastructure that will help things run more smoothly for our Broadcats, as well as managing our marketing strategy.

Kitty was a Broadcat fan and follower for a number of years before finding this role, which seemed to be the purr-fect fit!

She has experience building compliance programs from the ground up and believes compliance does not have to be boring.

Kitty is currently in a competition with her oldest child to get to all 50 states first (her son is currently ahead, 44-37) and is either on vacation or planning her next one.
