Want to make your guidance even more responsive to your employees’ needs? Add hyperlinks! For job aids or awareness materials, this is as simple as linking to your hotline, email, or a policy. Plus we’ll also show you how to link between slides in PowerPoint so your employees can use the most practical versions or our interactive modules.
Tip: To edit an existing hyperlink, only step two will change. You’ll have a second choice to select “Edit Hyperlink”.
Tip: If you want to replicate this across multiple slides without having to go through this process each time, just cut-and-paste the now-linked text—the link will stick with the text.
Tip: In PowerPoint, these links will only be active in Slideshow view. When you Export or Save As the file to PDF, the links will work as long as your PDF reader allows for internal hyperlinks (if it doesn’t work, check whether your IT team has disabled this).
The steps here are exactly the same as the steps above for creating a text hyperlink.
